House Rules

Last updated: September 16, 2026

These rules apply to every stay at Short Mountain Holiday. By booking, you agree to them for everyone in your group.

• No smoking of any kind inside.
• Dispose of cigarette butts and ashes properly. Never throw them over the deck railing: it is a major fire hazard.
• No pets.
• Registered guests only on the property.
• Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am.
• Do not leave food, drinks, or trash outdoors.
• Sensitive septic: please do not flush feminine products or let food scraps go down the sink drains.

Breaking a House Rule may result in fees charged to the card used for your booking. See our Terms.
